Return Eligibility

A return request can be reviewed within 7 days if the delivered product does not match the ordered size, color, product details, or visible condition shown on the product page. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in its original condition.

Size Selection

Please check the size carefully before placing your order. If you ordered Large and received Large, it will not be considered a wrong-size delivery only because the fit feels different on your body. If NOVRIK sends a different size than what you ordered, we will review it as our mistake.

Exchange Support

Exchange requests may be accepted within 7 days when the product is unused, unwashed, and complete. To help us process your request faster, please share your order number, product name, size, color, and clear product photos.

Non-Eligible Cases

Used, washed, damaged, altered, incomplete, or mishandled products may not be accepted for return or exchange. Final approval depends on product review, order details, and the condition of the returned item.
